PILOT PALS Workshop at KSTE
Join Certified Flight Instructor Gary Olsen at the Stevens Point Municipal Airport on Saturday, April 5, 2025 for a partial day PILOT PALS Workshop.
This program is perfect for co-pilots who want to learn more about managing an aircraft should it become necessary to assist the pilot, or even perhaps take over the flight during an emergency scenario.
For anyone who flys along on a regular basis, this will cover the basics of flight, the flight instruments, radio operations, and the steps on how a flight is operated from take-off to landing.
Anyone interested in attending the classes should contact Mr. Olsen directly for details and to get registered (see poster for email and phone number).

Join Certified Flight Instructor Gary Olsen at the Stevens Point Municipal Airport on Monday January 20, 2025 for an 8 week Ground School.
The program will require attendance each week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. There are also Saturday morning makeup and Q&A sessions available.

Join us for an evening BBQ on Friday, October 4th, 2024 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Club's hangar at the Stevens Point Airport (KSTE).

Annual Waunakee Airpark Pancake Breakfast
On the 2nd Sunday in September, the Waunakee community and flying friends from far and wide come together to celebrate and support general aviation. Annually, this event hosts 1,000+ attendees, along with plane rides, classic and custom cars, municipal vehicles, DJ/Emcee, games and great food.
Join us at the Waunakee Airpark on Sunday, September 8th, 2024 from 7:30am until 12:00pm (noon). NOTE: Plane rides can run up until 1:00pm.
During the event the Waunakee Area Flying Club (WAFC) will be giving away Complimentary Discovery Flights every hour. Stop by the WAFC booth at the Pancake Breakfast on Sunday and Enter to Win!

72nd Annual Reedsburg Community Fly-In, Drive-In Pancake Breakfast
For the past 72 years, on the first Sunday in June, the Reedsburg community and flying friends from far and wide have come together to celebrate and support general aviation. Annually, they host over 1,800 attendees and 150+ planes, along with classic and custom cars, municipal vehicles, DJ/Emcee, plane rides, games, great food, and good times. Plan to attend at the Reedsburg Municipal Airport on Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 from 7:00am until 12:00pm (noon). NOTE: Plane rides can run up until 1:30pm.
During the event the Reedsburg Area Flying Club (RAFC) will be giving away 2-3 Free Plane Rides every hour. Stop by the RAFC booth at the Pancake Breakfast on Sunday and enter to win a complimentary flight. Plus, come see the Douglas A-1 Skyraider - a true American historical warplane, and the Cirrus Vision Jet on static display.
